Dear GMs,

I have been trying to get the below mentioned Enchant formula:

Formula: Enchant Weapon - Icy Chill

As searched on internet, it is supposed to be dropped from below mentioned NPC in Winterspring area:

Anguished Highborne

However, after farming for 4 days, the enchant never dropped. Instead, I got another entirely different enchant formula:

Formula: Enchant Weapon - Fiery Weapon

This is weird because the above enchant formula should drop from Blackrock.

Anyway, can you guys confirm if the Formula: Enchant Weapon - Icy Chill is still in the game and if yes then which mob/npc drops it?
