    Can you please restore my deleted character?

    it is a level 32 rogue on Outland. A friend deleted it as a joke
    please please. it doesn't appear on the restoration service option. what do I do ?!

    Restoration service is only available for characters that are max level or close to it. Low level characters can not be restored. You will have to make a new character.
