WotLK Stuck in Great Forge

Hello!

When i was in Ironforge i went into Great Forge to smelt some ore. Unfortunately my mouse has blocked and i fell into lava. At the moment my character is stuck - I can't go out of there. There is no time to use heartstone because after resurection i'm immediately die.

Is possible to move my character to the nearest cemetery or something?

Nick: Montys
Realm: Lordaeron
Race and class: Dwarf Paladin
LvL: 22

Please help to get out my character because i can't do anything.

@Edit: Thanks to my friend I just get a know what to do. You have to go to My account -> Services -> Select realm -> character -> and take unstuck character.
