Burning Crusade raiding as a rogue

Hi,

How hard is it to find a raid guild as a rogue here and should i create a horde or ally. race change is free right?

And will sunwell come out in the future?

It's very hard to raid as a Rogue. Why?
1) TBC is melee unfriendly. People would rather bring a ton of Warlocks and Hunters.
2) Rogues have a very bad reputation because most Rogues suck ***. People will assume you're gonna do 600 DPS, when other classes will do 1k-1.2k in the same content. (Mind you that if you're good you're gonna be in the top 5 DPS as a Rogue, even in T4, it's just that most Rogues are very bad).
3) Lots of competition. There's so many Rogues around that it's nearly impossible to get a raid spot. Even if you're in the top 5% it's still hard.

To give you an idea of how hard it is to get a guild as a Rogue, here's a screenshot of my performance (I'm Grafkanker). Even though I'm confident I'm way up there when it comes to knowledge of the class and performance I couldn't get guild and ended up quitting because of it.
