Hey guys I came back to wow after 2-3 years and I dont realy remember.. Can you suggest best rogue for PVE/PVP ? I play Orc Rogue. Thanks :)

In PvE, Combat is the best performing spec. If you're starting fresh, you might want to do so as Assassination until you get gear. See this guide for more.
Unfortunately I'm not much of a PvPer but as far as I know, Subtlety is the most competitive spec; though you can play cheesy specs too, to a certain degree of success.
