ORDOS ?? Legendary cloacks !

so i was wandering, when will ordos be released since SOO HM already is ? What about the legendary cloacks ??

If im not mistaken , ordos was only killable by those whom completed the legendary questline, therefor i dont see a reason making ordos killable anyway. Even if u manage to kill it somehow its loot table is empty at this moment.
