Should ferals use Regrowth or Healing touch with the predatory swiftness proc?
Do you need some healing in the next 18( or is it 12) seconds? Yes? Go for regrowth.
No need for healing afterwards, need a higher one-time heal? Go for healing touch.
It's both situational, decide what'd be better for you at that moment.
Start with healing touch. Youll run out of binds fairly fast, only when you have them all down bind regrowth and start being situational (regrowrth is less mana and more overall heal, but you can use it only once per 20 seconds and often the higher initial heal of touch is much better).
If you're facing shaman, priest, prot warrior or whatever class with dispells use healing touch.
regrowth benefits from +20% in cat form ticks, but in wotlk ticks don't crit.
Both heal good, so you have to use depending the circumstances, for pillar humping and restealth regrowth could be better for example.
