[ANSWERED][Outland] - Faction change from Ali to Horde (mount wasn't changed)

Hey,

i purchased Faction chance Service to transfer my Gnome (original name: Drapomejdz) from Aliance to Horde (after rename: Drapox),

everything look as should be, but i didn't get Horde mount, i still have Gnome mount from alliance (and ofc, i can't mount as Horde Player),
Riding skill are OK, so there is no problem to buy new one, but should not Faction Change, also change alliance mount to horde?

Check your mailbox, your items and mounts should be converted properly. If they are not, make an in-game ticket.
