[ANSWERED]Bank Bug

Is the second time that i suffer of the same bug, but it was really bad this time. When I send items to bank with the right bottom it just disappear, the first time was with profession items, but this time was with the Draco Bronce mount, and i just lost it. It happened at the 6:50 am realm hour on 06/02. Any ideas about how to recover my beauty draco? uwu
