After 2-3 months of inactivity the passwords of all my accounts miraculously expired, so none of them works atm.
I remember some of the emails, but not all of them.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Should i list all the accounts i can no longer access in a email to [email protected] ?

You may, but the support is limited to which email addresses you own and remember. Keep in mind email on the account is very important.
