[ANSWERED]Loot bug on karazhan - prince kill - help Game masters

Dear Game Masters. We have killed Prince 10 minutes ago at 22.15 2018.06.04. with a PUG team i was the raid leader with my shaman (Heedmycall). after the kill ppl who dont needed stuff started to leave, and 3-4 ppl leaved the party. there was 2 shamans in the grp me and ownax and we rolled for the headpiece token, i wonned but during the boss bugged and i was not able to loot the boss anymore.... can you help me? i made a lot of screenshots that proves my words. thank you game masters.
