Burning Crusade I think i have lost my account with donation status

As i loged in this account i noticed i dont have my characters or donation status. So i was wondering that i might have another account. So i tried whatever email i remember and it seems i dont know email.

All i know is my character name, atleast my main. Last character he was in party with(still are, friend loged in too and saw they were in party), i might have my credit card, i might have new, dont remember, dont know what else is required.
