I have been using the same debit card since I have been playing this game. I took a break and am now returning, and since returning I have donated towards this game. It now says I need to wait 3 days to trade/buy/etc In this game. Since I have been using the same debit card, shouldn't I be able to bypass this wait time? It is irritating to me, because I have to wait 3 days to do what I want to do in-game.

It's only if you try to buy from trade section and no, you shouldn't be able to bypass it since it has nothing to do with your debit card. Many accounts were getting stolen and it was added to prevent coins getting sent away from stolen accounts.
