The Twinks of Frostwolf didn't rely on Sunwell alone, despite it being opened 3 times and closed 3 times, an the whole situation with that "speical mob" behind Magister Terrace (now also close for no reason at all, perhaps to cater to opening more stuff for 90s and not us lowbies).
Other then that, you can get by with what is avaiable to you, you may not be an OP badass like the grandfater twinks, but you'll be able to at least get on their level at least with what is open to you.
Other then that it is not about twinks being able to que for BGs, it is about getting all people for that bracket to que, 70-74, but at odd times 70s on ally and or horde side is lacking.
Also the devs didn't fix our problem, so we manage to work around it sometimes. The only twinks you'll run into are the two knuckleheads near Coldara, the Captain America pally and his dk buddy, in Zul'drak, you might run into some war and priest, but they only log when there is activity in the area.
Sunwell will NEVER be opened, because of bug abusing lvl 90s that like ruining everything for everyone, this was the case with Sunwell being open for the first time without warmane even knowing, this goes for BG maps such as IoC as well as AV back then before it was closed, and very very later on opened again.
