Site Banned IP - not mine

Dear Warmane Staff,
after a few months without playing, I decided to log in again to have a good time. To my surprise, I find out in My Account that some strange IP has been banned due to "advertising". I had been hacked once before, I even wrote a ticket about it, about how I lost my coins for someone that used them to buy gold... You said then that you could do nothing about it, and I understood. But I believe I'm getting banned for the activity that same hacker did while using my account.
This is not only frustrating but also very unfair, I've always respected the rules, and I've been playing in this server for years. I cannot access different services such as "support" or the Store.
I ask you kindly, would you please remove that ban? If you are able to check a history of the IPs I use, you will see that the banned IP is obviously not mine, nor a trusted one for that matter.
