Pandaria Problem with my account

When i first created my account , i used a gmail that i no longer use , and i forgot it's password.I quit the game for a while but i decided to log in today but i coudn't because a password reset was required .
Password expired

Your password has expired, a new one has been sent to your inbox.
Since i don't remember what my gmail password is i can't reset the password of my account.I know the password of my account before it was lost if thats going to help recovering it.I also know the gmail on which this account is registered.If there is any possible way to let me change my gmail , i will try to give as much evidence and prove that the account is mine.
