Technical Macros Client/Server?

Is there a way to pull down macros from the server?

I created several character-specific macros on one computer, but when I login on my laptop they don't transfer.
I was going to copy the macro-cache.txt from the first computer over, but that file is blank, so they must be saved server-side.
I tried deleting my WTF folder on the laptop, hoping that it would force the game to pull info from the server, but no luck.
Short of just recreating all of the macros, how can I get them onto my laptop?

I tried "/console syncronizeMacros 1" but that didn't help.

If there isn't a way to make my laptop sync macros from the server, is there a way to make my desktop update the macros-cache.txt file so that I can copy it over?
