Burning Crusade Incorrect Ban

Hey... so I just got banned for bot and have -zero- clue as to why. I submitted a ticket, but it's a 5-7 day wait time? Is there any path to follow for a ban that is 100% an error?

5-7 days is garbage, especially if it's from a false positive or some troll reporting people.

Yes, fairly disturbing trying to help my GF here level for the past week and she gets this ban out of the blue... I cant imagine how whatever method is used to weed out bots could possibly put a 64 hunter questing in hellfire on the radar?!!?!? Now waiting 5 days before this mistake is resolved.

Read the thread, come on. That's what you can do, nothing else.
Regular players can't help, staff will tell you the same as in that thread, don't be lazy. Opening a ticket and waiting 5-7 days is still faster than not opening one and waiting on the forums.
