[ANSWERED]Couldn't loot an item and then the corpse disappeared

{ICECROWN-HORDE} I tried to loot the Enchanted elementium guide for BS from the goblin npc in BWL but when i looted it nothing happened. I tried to loot it on master loot, group loot and free for all. Video here: https://streamable.com/5lc69 I know other people have looted it because i have seen people walking around with thunderfurys. Is there a way i can get it back or is it lost forever?
