Site I don't found my character

it's been a long time since I was playing wow and now that I wanted to resume, my character is not found .... if it was canceled, at least you can reimburse the points so I can recreate it without having to level it from the beginning?

p.s. I can't create a ticket because I don't have anyone ban

Same thing, not played since before Deathwing merged to Icecrown, no characters are listed.
The forum post answering questions about the merge advises there is no limit to the transferal time (http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=327761).
Any idea on what can be done?

I guess it is too late but you ma try to send an email to [email protected] as last chance ( or by opening a ticket on website if you are premium)
