Technical No coins after succesfull payment

Hello,
as said in the subject. I bought COINS for 20 €, the transaction was succesfull from my bank, but i cannot see the points in here.
Transaction was transfered yesterday at 23:06 CET.

note:
when I bought through the card, he ended up with an error message and a disappointed smile. I repeat it again ... once again with the error of sending. So I left it so, but then I got the message from the bank that the money was sent.
So I sit here without money and coins.
