    *BUG* Must wait x seconds before you can chat again

    Hey guys, I'm playing on Outland and pretty constantly get this bug where I get an error message in combat that I cannot speak again for x seconds. I originally thought it might be a macro error, but I deleted them all, and still get this pretty regularly. It's frustrating, as players ask questions or help with something and I have to wait a minute before responding.

    I'm running Outland through PlayonMac on my iMac.

    it is because carbonite, you need to disable something which spamm mesage to other player with same addon.
    So, check carbonite settings
