[ANSWERED]Arena Season 4 and rating requirements

As season 4 approaches on the Outland realm, I would like to know if the original arena rating requirements will be kept for season 4 gear?

Example:
Shoulders = 2200 rating.
Weapons = 2050 rating.

Currently, there are only 7 teams in the 3v3 bracket that has 2200 or higher rating.
In 2v2 and 5v5 there are 13-15 teams.

This is with roughly three weeks remaining of season 3.
