Technical GM missing characters of ragnaros

Hello there!
A time ago takes again this account and I would like to know that it has happened with all characters that I had former in the old server Ragnaros wotlk, seemingly they do not go out in any current servant I nor have way of recovering them, thank you.

Ragnaros and Deathwing got merged into "Icecrown" realm.
Players had almost 1 years of time to move their character for free to "Icecrown". It seems you missed that.
