Pandaria Help Im Bugged I cant level up to 86

Hi , My pj is zezilio Im monje Pandaren 85, The problem:
I complete the quest

with the general Nazgrim, but He dont give me any quest after, I speak with him and I go to Pandaria, The screen go bacl for a seconds and I was In the same ship but in pandaria and all is in fire, The jade forest dont have any quest and the citys are empty, only the orgrimar portal , but i cant see Any pj
i grouped with other people but they cant see me, I think Im in other dimension, like the quest with the giant turtle hurt In my natal city, or the darkness realm in the quest of dk,

I'm 86 right now, Only the jade Forest is bug For me, the other places are right.

The Flight routes are right in other places, even i can take to the jade forest

I have the same problem. I entered Pandaria at 85 lvl. The continent seems deserted. There are only some of the mobs and a few of NPCs. Players can't see me, but when they do and we go in the same direction, we lose sight of each other. My other toon is 90 lvl and doesn't have this problem. I cleared the cache folder and did "character unstuck". Didn't help.
