Bought a faction change and quests bugged.

I recently bought a faction change from horde to Alliance. Now my quest chain for Knights of the Ebon Blade is bugged. There's no quest on the Alliance boat. The Shadow Vault is in the phase before the questchain. I did finish this on my horde, but now there are just hostile enemies at the vault.
