    Changing resolution overlays another display of game

    When I change the resolution from 10xx x 8xx to 1920x1080 this is what happens:

    I can't click on the window that overlays, only on the one behind it. How to fix this? When I change the resolution it doesn't change at all, but when I change it with "windowed mode" checked it changes correctly but an overlay window appears.
