All interesting information about the arena points, they will be reset or not?
And another thing, will there be a3 shoulders for rating or for points (without rating)?

wont be reset
there were never reset on any previous season change, also they stated in some "ask the staff" topics the probably wont be now either

s3 shoulders should req 1950 pr in next season and be buyable with arena points
s3 weapon will require 1800 pr
