Technical ISP troubles.

Hello all,

I've been playing on warmane since mid 2017, but had to stop playing and delete all files related to it in december of 2017 due to ISP issues. I was contacted twice by my internet service provider (Optimum , U.S.) with threats of terminating my internet access due to playing on a pirated copy of Blizzard's game. Since then I haven't tried to play, but have really gotten an itch to get back into it, preferably without losing my internet access for good. Has anyone had this issue before? If so, is there any way around it?

Move to a country without any internet laws or get a VPN, a decent paid VPN.
Guess the later is an easier option for most people.

does getting a paid for vpn actually work though? If it does, I have a friend that is dealing with this issue, and I know of some good vpns do sign up for.
