queue for BG - s or Dungeons in TBC

Hi all, i jst wandering, that is possibile to queue for BG s or Dundeond , (LVL 70), and in time when you waiting, to do something else, for example gathering herbs, or something else in the world ? (I ask you these, because i don't know if in THB is the same as in WOTLK, where you have the BG queue button, or dungeon , owithour to go a one battlemaster or something.

Best thing for you to do for dungeons is open up global chat, /join global - go about your business doing dailys or herbing etc while you wait to see a decent group.

For BGs you have to queue at the battlemaster
