WotLK Rolling Need On Anything Possible

Are you allowed to roll Need on EVERYTHING even though its not useful for you and you don't actually need it?, then quit before the last boss after getting all the loot to screw over everyone else in the RDF group?.

(I'm not the heartless loot sponge doing this, just wondering if i'm able to report someone for doing this, or if playing somewhere else is the best option at this point)

Yes, report them on like the 3rd item they do this on, one might be a misclick, second if he's distracted, third is already dedication in needing greens for enchanting/vendoring.
