WotLK Icecrown appears to be down

Hi!

I'm attempting to log in Icecrown realm, and everytime i get to my character screen and enter the world, the bar loads fully, but freezes and drops me out, either saying "world server down" or "you've been disconnected" . But as I attempt to log in once again, Icecrown appears to be fully down and cant even access my character screen.

Is there any way I can fix this myself?

Update: "Icecrown is down due to maintenance issues, we are working to get the realm up ASAP."
