WotLK I made a ticket and GM didnt want to answer somehow ?

Hello there was a guy in our FoS PoS HC run who brought his alt and put follow on us. He had like 6k gs and he was carrying us to be honest. But his alt was Feral Dudu and he put need on every item that is leather or agility. This is not the problem, the problem is he put need on with his 6k gs main and his alt. He had x2 more chance to get the item from me (I am rogue) And he got this armor penetration trinket by doing this and i have the proof of screenshot. I made a ticket about it i told GM that i have screenshot but GM responded me " We need screenshot proof in order to take action "

I have screenshot, i told i have screenshot but GM responded me " We need screenshot " Do i upload it to game ticket somehow ? Cause i am really confused right now.

just like you linked your screenshot here in your post, you should have done the same on your ticket

So upload your screenshot on that website > open a new ticket but this time you will add url link for screenshots
