Questions about mounts

Does anyone know of mounts that have 100% chance of being dropped?
Or mounts with a high percentage

No mount is 100% all old content mount drops are 1%. You might get lucky and have it drop after a few kills but thats all you can really hope for.

lost time protodrake is 100%

The 2 mounts in Obsidian Sanctum are 100% drops as long as you keep the drakes up while killing Sartharion. The mounts it drops are the Black Drake and Twilight Drake depending on the difficulty setting.

Pureblood Fire Hawk (final boss @ Firelands) drops 100% (HC difficulty only).
This is something exclusively on Warmane.

Thundering Crimson Cloud Serpent (Alani Stormbringer) is almost a guarateed drop just the farm for the sky shards isn't "fun". Any mob from Vale of Eternal Blossom has a chance to drop a shard but there are a few good farm spots for them there. A few hours can result in 1-10 sky shards depending on rng luck.
