Technical Account being banned

My account got banned because and it says " Your IP Address suspended for due to Suspicious Activity - RB", what does this mean? I just came back after a year of resting from WOW and this is what I got. I would like to know the specific reason for this, as I had never even done anything wrong in-game.

it's a difference between suspicious activity and using a bot @ Lilymerlin.

Suspicious activity means, that someone tried to log-in with a different ip (as the ancient one). Maybe you changed the city/house and your ip is different now, or your inet provider gave u another ip (dynamic), or you changed your provider etc. You didn't do anything wrong

Yes, I actually indeed played on different ISP's. How do I get this lifted? I tried to get a ticket at "support" but it say
"Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Suspicious Activity - RB"

If ban appeal doesn't work, you should write a ticket to [email protected] and wait on answer by them. You have good chances that the ban is being lifted later
