Purchased Character Demon Quest
I purchased a level 56 Warlock on Lordaeron but the character does not know Summon Succubus or Summon Felhunter.

I went to Stormwind to pick up the starting quests however they were not available there. I then went to Ratchet to see if the previous owner of the character stopped the quests part way through, however, they too were not offering the quests. I do not have any of the steps within the two quests chains in my Quest log nor are any of the steps within the chain available from any of the questgivers. I have tried turning on Display low level quest though this shouldn't be the problem, and this too has not fixed anything.

I am posting a ticket in game as well but thought I'd come here for help too.
