Seeking to buy Celestial Steed but am not sure this mount can fly or not? or it only lane riding ? and if that what speed? this mount can both use for fly and on land ?

It scales with your riding skill and is usable as a ground and flying mount.
It flies 310% speed if you have a 310% mount on your character. Its own flight speed is 280%.
