Forum how long does warmane staff response in email

I recently send email to warmane about purple swirling effect above the head of a guys in orcgrimma, i wonder what is that and how to do that and also provide video to gm but it seem no response at all. that why i wanna know how long does it take for gm to response ? THanks in advance
