Farming Thrallmar / Honor Hold reputation to honored

Hi All,

I have a question regarding farming reputation for Thrallmar / Honor Hold. On previous server when I get 60 lvl I was hurry to go on ramparts in Hellfire Citadel one or two times to receive some reputation. Rest of reputation I received from doing quests and I had honored status. When my lvl was too big I don't received reputation from killing mobs on ramparts and reputation from only quests wasn't enough to get honored status. That's why I was hurry to go on ramparts quickly.

How it looks like here where rates are x5? Is there any other way to farm reputation when my lvl is too big for ramparts or for whole Hellfie Citadel?

Basically SHH always gives reputation but it's better to do heroics as soon as you can.
