Soo the thing is i don`t get why i should,pay to remove transmog from an item (i get it pay to win) since the only way is to buy the Scroll of purification"I think that thing to me is a bit ridiculous,would make more sence to pay to be able to transmog an item and then you could remove it whenever you want it like on any other private server that has custom transmogrification implemented.

You "not getting it" or it "not making sense" to you because something doesn't suits your personal needs doesn't make something wrong, bad or illogical. The system is made in a way to encourage players to think and stick to their choices, instead of expect to use it as some flip-flopping wardrobe.
But then again you're calling something about transmogrification "pay to win," so that says a lot.
