WotLK Donations made on Molten is refundable?

Hi guys

I'm new to Warmane and for a few days I didn't notice the resemblance it had to the old Molten Wow, but I can understand it's some of the same people behind this server?

Anyway, I also read that you can get your coins refunded if you donated on Molten?

Well, I did. And i donated a lot.

I've been trying to write a ticket to support, as that I read i was suppose to do, but I keep getting a message about "illegal characters" in my ticket. No idea what words that are banned as illegal, i've tried changing the text 5 times but it's the same message.

So, is it possible to get refunded and what characters is it i'm not allowed to use?
