About ninja loot of Mcmaksa

When we in TOC 25NM raid,after finish Twin Val'kyr ,he stacked in game,and havent loot the items.
after waiting for 10mins,people said he is a ninja looter and left.
there about 4 or 5 people still waited there,and after 1 hour he didnt showed up.
and i Guarantee that i didnt know him before

But after 2 hours,he showed up,and when i ask him for items,he gave it to me,and prove that was lost of connetion.
and 2 hours in queue(1000+people in queue when sunday's night)

Now he want to give item back to people who were in that raid.

News:now he has gave to 3peoples.
So If any gm get report for him,pls dont ban him and tell the people he wants to gave items back
(and if gm can help trade then will give us a lot help)
