Hello,

I apologize in advance for writing you this info here, I did not find where I could post a Ticket regarding this issue. I forgot my account and my password for my previous account which I played on. I can confirm the account is mine via the registered e-mail it's attached to. I have tried to recover it 'automatically' but I am not reciving anything on either of my e-mails. It is a premium account and if I remember it correctly, I have a bunch of coins on it as well because I used to vote a lot. I took a long break from the game and I would like to come back and play it from time-to-time while riding on my Spectral Tiger. :D Please let me know if anything can be done regarding my recovery.

P.S. I know that something happened back in 2015 and ppl needed to restart from scratch.
