Very interestingly why rogues use this skill against warriors?

It is useless against them! Or no?

It's great, especially with Improved talent. Removes ~3000 armor. Use in conjunction with Slice n Dice for maximum benefit. It's just not good against Warriors, it's good against any target you can sit on for extended durations (Warlocks are a great example :D), or if you prepare to burst a target (for example if you know a Mage has Iceblock on cooldown, use Expose Armor on him, force the blink and then kill him while blink is on cooldown).
