So, I can't seem to collect the daily points. I've had 8 points for a very long time now since I haven't played a long time. When I try to collect points it just says "You have no points to collect." I haven't collected any for months, maybe even years, don't remember when I last played.
On a side note, I got my characters deleted for some reason, my friends only needed to rename theirs, why is that? And is there a possibility to retrieve them.

you need to have 1000 achievement point on your account to start collecting Points

Exactly right,though 1000 achievement points will not get you a full vote point per day. I have almost 4k across my account and get 1.4 vote points per day,so the more Achievements you have the more points you can earn per day.
