Hey man, thanks for your reply.
That's going to be a tad tricky. Our exchange rate SUCKS here. I'll be paying the equivalent of 50 bucks for like, two coins. I unfortunately do not have 50 bucks to just spend. Is there perhaps another way of getting a premium account? I know it's not much but if I for instance got a 2 factor-authenticaton thing...Would that help?

That does not help. Your account must be premium to sell characters. There are no exceptions. And the minimum donation amount for that seems to be 10 coins. Smaller donations make your account premium but don't let you sell characters.
