Aggro problem

i have lvl 80 human protection paladin on frostwolf and i have a problem with all kinds of aggro , i checked " show aggro percentage " box on settings and it never show when solo or in groups , i tried addons like taunt master and tidy plates threat and addons r set but not working , it never shows me aggro percentage and on taunt master when i set spells to use for aggro not working either .
any solutions ?!
