Cataclysm Missing characters

Hello.. As the I played on Your server (4.4.3 fun) and had 2 characters - warlock (Stokton) and Mage (Nsh). I played for a long time, the last time I went into the game about 1~2 years ago. Today I decided to play again - but my characters are gone. Could you tell me, please, whether it is possible to restore them? Thanks.

on Warsong instant lvl 85 realm? That realm got closed and players had a chance to move their character to the other Cata realm (Neltharion)*

I do not know if you can still recover your chaarcter buy you will find it out by sending an email to [email protected] ( or by opening a ticket on website if your account is premium)

* also neltharion will be closed soon
