WotLK battered hilt bug

My character somehow is bugged and i cannot finish battered hilt quest. When im in sunwell i teleport to dungeon and i cant get to lower place where i can finish quest because there is npc wall which i cannot pass thourgh. I even came there with another guy(as seen in last pic), and he could walk freely and finish quest while i was stuck. Please help me out, i think im the first one person that witnessed this bug, there are no simillar threads, i tried abandoning the quest and retaking, changing to raid, etc. nothing works, I also see monsters and bosses, while i shouldn't. Please fix this bug or atleast help me somehow to finish the quest.
