I've lost my account and can't get it back

Hello! As I said in the title, I can't login to my old account and as I remember, I haven't changed anything. I've tried using the recovery that your website offers but to no avail. I've spent many hours playing on it and could you please make an effort to help me. I tried asking in game but I was told that you don't offer any services other than what you have on the website. I do remember the username and password, at least the ones I used while my account worked. However, since I have many old e-mails, I am not sure which one i used for the account. I went through the mail on the one that i use all the time, however, it is hotmail and I see that you don't work with hotmail anymore. I had good characters there and I hate the thought of having to start over from scratch.
